  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, lime juice, vegetable oil, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
