- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for greasing
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, spring onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix it with water.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
