Ingredients

  • Ground beef (kosher) - 250 grams
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Bean sprouts - 50 grams
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Egg noodles (cooked) - 100 grams
  • Burger buns (kosher) - 2
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lettuce leaves - 2

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Form into 2 patties.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
