Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Beef flank steak - 150 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh wide rice noodles - 150 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Onion - 1/2, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. While the beef marinates, roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add onions and bell pepper, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
  6. Add the wide rice noodles to the skillet and mix with the vegetables for another 2 minutes.
  7. Spread the stir-fried beef and noodle mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the beef and noodle mixture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, slice and serve hot.
