- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Beef flank steak - 150 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh wide rice noodles - 150 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Onion - 1/2, sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
- While the beef marinates, roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onions and bell pepper, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the wide rice noodles to the skillet and mix with the vegetables for another 2 minutes.
- Spread the stir-fried beef and noodle mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the beef and noodle mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, slice and serve hot.
