- Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, diced
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Frozen peas - 1/2 cup
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and diced carrots, stirring for about 2 minutes until the carrots soften.
- Add the diced bell pepper and frozen peas to the pan, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked jasmine rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps. Stir well to combine with the vegetables.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, ensuring everything is well mixed and heated through.
- Finally, mix in the chopped green onions and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and serve hot.
