  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through, then remove from heat.
