- Snow peas - 150 grams, trimmed
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of gluten-free soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and just cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the snow peas to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the snow peas. Add the remaining gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
