- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.

- Add the sliced mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli to the pan, stirring frequently. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the pan, and add the sesame oil. Stir everything together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
