  • Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams
  • Fresh mushrooms, sliced (shiitake or button) - 100 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 3 stalks
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs - 2
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Push the beef and mushrooms to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty side, scrambling them until fully cooked.
  6. Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, mixing everything together.
  7. Pour in the gluten-free soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.
  8. Fold in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then serve hot.
