- Green onions, chopped - 3 stalks

- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Eggs - 2
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Fold in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
