- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the peppers are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, add sesame oil, and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot with steamed rice.
