Ingredients

  • Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
  • Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams
  • Fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces - 150 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 stalks
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and stir well to combine.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot in bowls, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
