- Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams
- Fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces - 150 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions, sliced - 2 stalks
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet. Add the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot in bowls, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
