  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, toasted (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the dressing. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a little oil and sauté the sliced beef sirloin for about 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.
