Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Cauliflower florets - 200 grams
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice beef, chop vegetables, and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the cauliflower florets and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Add chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss to combine.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
