- Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
- Cauliflower florets - 200 grams
- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Prepare all ingredients: slice beef, chop vegetables, and mince garlic and ginger.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower florets and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
