- Beef sirloin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
- Cabbage - 200 grams, shredded
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Prepare all the ingredients: slice the beef, shred the cabbage, julienne the carrot, and slice the bell pepper.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet; season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine all ingredients and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
