  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to coat the beef evenly.

  5. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Transfer the rolled dough to the pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the beef and broccoli mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the beef and broccoli.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
