- Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
- Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams
- Broccoli florets - 150 grams
- Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Fresh ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Prepare the ingredients: Slice the beef, chop the broccoli, julienne the carrot, and mince the garlic and ginger.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the sliced beef. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
