  • Beef sirloin, thinly sliced - 200 grams
  • Broccoli florets - 150 grams
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Fresh ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Slice the beef, chop the broccoli, julienne the carrot, and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the sliced beef. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
