Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bok choy - 200 grams, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
