  • Cucumber, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Carrot, julienned - 50 grams
  • Fresh cilantro leaves - 20 grams
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
