- Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and slice the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh to create a boat shape.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Stuff the zucchini boats with the shrimp mixture evenly.
