- Firm tofu - 300 grams

- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into 1.5 cm cubes.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Add the tofu cubes and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the tofu is marinating, prepare the broccoli by cutting it into bite-sized florets.
- After marinating, sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
- In a large baking dish, combine the marinated tofu and broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again to ensure everything is well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the tofu is golden and broccoli is tender.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve hot.
