- Firm Tofu - 300 grams
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons

- Ginger Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Almond Flour - 1/4 cup
- Pork Rind Crumbs - 1/4 cup
- Chili Flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green Onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Toss the tofu cubes in this marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, pork rind crumbs, and chili flakes.
- Coat each marinated tofu cube in the crumb mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
- Place the coated tofu nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
