- Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (9g)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pat them dry with a towel.
- Prick the sweet potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape during baking.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- In a small bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and chili flakes to create a marinade.
