  • Sweet potato - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 120 grams
  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel and chop the sweet potato into small pieces, then steam or boil until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain any excess water and mash the sweet potato until smooth.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sea salt, and garlic powder.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed sweet potato, egg, and melted coconut oil until well blended.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
