  • Sweet Potatoes - 400 grams

  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Five Spice Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green Onions - 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry with a towel.
  3. Pierce the sweet potatoes several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
