  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn kernels, coconut milk, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, coconut oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly coated.
