Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed tofu and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of water and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
