  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander (cilantro) - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
