- All-purpose flour - 100 grams
- Cornstarch - 30 grams
- Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon (for greasing)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Grate the daikon radish and place it in a clean kitchen towel, squeezing out excess moisture.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cakes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
