  • Soy sauce - 30 ml, low sodium
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon (optional for sweetness)
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color.
