- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
