  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
