  • Water - 50 ml
  • Chives - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Ground pork - 150 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Coconut aminos - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape each portion into a small disc.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pork and chive filling in the center of each disc, fold over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the dumplings on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
