- Crab shells - 2 large
- Fresh crab meat - 200 grams
- Cauliflower rice - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower rice, fresh crab meat, chopped green onions, coconut aminos, lime juice, paprika, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the crab mixture into each crab shell, packing it tightly.
- Place the filled crab shells on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
