Ingredients

  • Crab shells - 2 large
  • Fresh crab meat - 200 grams
  • Cauliflower rice - 100 grams
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower rice, fresh crab meat, chopped green onions, coconut aminos, lime juice, paprika, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Spoon the crab mixture into each crab shell, packing it tightly.
  6. Place the filled crab shells on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
