  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with cornstarch until evenly coated.
