- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until slightly tender.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the marinated shrimp on top of the cauliflower.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
