- Coconut sugar - 30 grams
- Water - 150 ml
- Red bean paste - 50 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture while stirring until it forms a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions (about 25 grams each) and roll each portion into a ball.
