- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a baking dish, layer the marinated beef evenly and top with the blanched broccoli.
- Pour 50 ml of water into the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the beef to brown slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
