- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, grated (optional)
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
