  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, grated (optional)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
