  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooked brown rice - 150 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, honey, cornstarch, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. While the beef marinates, bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the marinated beef and blanched broccoli, ensuring everything is evenly coated with the marinade.
