- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine Bai Jiu, grated ginger, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated fish fillets to the pan.
- Cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
