Ingredients

  • Almond extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Agar-agar powder - 1.5 grams
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 30 grams
  • Almonds (sliced) - 20 grams
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water and agar-agar powder. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the almond extract and coconut milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold or shallow dish and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Cut the jelly into cubes and serve chilled, garnished with sliced almonds.
