- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the lean ground beef with salt and black pepper and form two patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the avocado, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
