  • Low-fat cheese - 2 slices
  • Mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the lean ground beef with salt and black pepper and form two patties.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the avocado, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
