Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the beef mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
