- Cooked Quinoa - 100 grams
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Burger Buns - 2
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cut the red and yellow bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place the bell peppers skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes until they are charred and tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, chickpea flour, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Mash the mixture together until well combined, then form into two patties.
