  • Cooked Quinoa - 100 grams
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Burger Buns - 2
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Cut the red and yellow bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Place the bell peppers skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes until they are charred and tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, chickpea flour, minced garlic, cilantro, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Mash the mixture together until well combined, then form into two patties.
