Steps
- In a bowl, combine the white fish fillets, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two patties and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the fish patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
