  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Remove the casing from the linguiça sausage and form it into two patties.
  2. In a bowl, season the patties with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
