Steps
- Remove the casing from the linguiça sausage and form it into two patties.
- In a bowl, season the patties with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
