- Gluten-free burger buns - 2 pieces
- Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- Cheese (optional, gluten-free) - 2 slices
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well coated.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
- Once the chicken is cooked, assemble the burgers by placing a grilled chicken breast on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the chicken if desired, followed by lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, then spread this special sauce on the top half of the buns.
- Close the burgers and serve immediately with your favorite side.
