  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Gluten-free burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cheese (optional, gluten-free) - 2 slices
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until well coated.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, assemble the burgers by placing a grilled chicken breast on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Add a slice of cheese on top of the chicken if desired, followed by lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, then spread this special sauce on the top half of the buns.
  8. Close the burgers and serve immediately with your favorite side.
