- Whole-grain burger buns - 2
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Low-fat cheese - 2 slices
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the grill or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Drizzle olive oil on the grill or skillet and place the chicken patty on it.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
