  • Ice cubes - 1 cup

Steps

  1. Peel and dice the banana, mango, and papaya into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced banana, mango, papaya, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk.
  3. Add the chia seeds and ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
