  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Cooked rice or gluten-free bread for serving

Steps

  1. In a medium-sized pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

  7. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, alongside cooked rice or gluten-free bread.
