- Maple syrup - 60 ml

- Sea salt - a pinch
- Desiccated coconut - for rolling (about 50 g)
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly, then refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
- Once cooled, use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture.
- Roll each ball in desiccated coconut until fully coated.
- Place the Brigadeiros on a plate and refrigerate for another 10 minutes before serving.
