- Fish fillet (e.g., cod or tilapia) - 200 grams
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Dried shrimp - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Palm oil (or more olive oil) - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, soak the dried shrimp in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the soaked shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the coconut milk to the pan, followed by the fish fillet. Simmer gently for about 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
- Incorporate the palm oil (or more olive oil), lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper into the mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
